HRC HOT INK ROLL CODER
HRC का मतलब है हॉट ईंक रोल कोडर (Hot Ink Roll Coder)। इस प्रिंटर में Liquid Ink के स्थान पर Solid Ink Roll का उपयोग किया जाता है। जो कि सामान्य तापमान पर Dry होता है । यह मशीन के अंदर लगभग 120 से 130 डिग्री पर (Melt) मेल्ट होता है, जिसकी वजह से हम प्रिंट कर पाते हैं। इसमे प्रिंट के लिए पीतल का अक्षर या स्टील का अक्षर उपयोग करते हैं। क्योंकि एक निश्चित तापमान (Temperature) 120 -130 डिग्री पर INK पिघलती है इसके लिए प्रिंटर में हीटर का उपयोग होता है।
यह भी Surface को टच करके प्रिंट करता है और क्योंकि इसका अक्षर गर्म होता है, इसलिए इस प्रिंटर को हम कुछ जगहों पर इस्तेमाल नहीं कर पाते हैं, जैसे की Poly Pouch जिसमें लिक्विड आइटम पैक होता है जैसे की तेल, दूध आदि।
गुण MERIT:
- शार्प और सुंदर प्रिंट आता है।
- Print Cost बहुत कम आती है।
- लम्बे समय तक Ink डालने की ज़रूरत नहीं पड़ती जिसकी वजह से डाउन टाइम बहुत ही कम आता है।
- Ink Roll Use and Throw सिस्टम पर काम करता है इसलिए आस-पास का Surface गंदा नहीं होता है।
- Maintenance की जरूरत बहुत कम पड़ती है।
अवगुण DEMERIT:
- प्रिंटर को स्टार्ट (Start) होने में 20 से 25 मिनट का टाइम लगता है क्योंकि Ink Roll रोल हिट होकर Melt होता है।
- इसे सिर्फ लेबल Label Plastic Pouch और Plastic Film form के लिए उपयोग कर सकते हैं।
- Metal, Wood (लकड़ी) और कांच के ऊपर इसका उपयोग नहीं कर सकते हैं।
- कुछ प्लास्टिक Material पर भी इसकी Ink नहीं टिकती है।
HRC stands for Hot Ink Roll Coder. In this printer, Solid Ink Roll is used instead of Liquid Ink. Which is dry at normal temperature. It melts inside the machine on 120 to 130 degrees temperature, due to which we are able to print. In this, brass letters or steel letters are used for printing. Because the ink melts at a certain temperature of 120-130 degrees, a heater is used in the printer.
It also prints by touching the surface and because its letters are hot, we are not able to use this printer at some places, such as Poly Pouch in which liquid items are packed like oil, milk etc.
Merit:
1. Comes with sharp and beautiful print.
2. Print cost is very low.
3. There is no need to add ink for a long time, due to which the down time is very less.
4. Ink works on Roll Use and Throw system so the surrounding surface does not get dirty.
5. Very little maintenance is required.
DEMERIT:
1. It takes 20 to 25 minutes for the printer to start because the ink roll hits and melts.
2. It can be used only for Label Plastic Pouch and Plastic Film form.
3. It cannot be used on metal, wood and glass.
4. Its ink does not stick even on some plastic materials.
